SHIPPING AND ORDERS:
We work to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be processed, packaged and shipped from our facility. If your order is expected to be delayed for any reason a customer service agent will contact you.
We only use shipping carriers that provide tracking information for your protection and ours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. If you do not see this email, please check your junk folder before contacting us.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail from ShipStation which will contain a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is delivered to their shipping facilities. Please be patient and check back roughly one business day after you have placed your order.
We try to ship your order as quickly as possible. So once the order is placed, most orders cannot be changed but depending on how fast you notify us of the change our customer service may be able to help get the changes made to the order. So contact them sooner than later during normal business hours, M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 pm EST for the fastest response.
In-store pickup is available at our Fort Myers Beach location. You will have the option to select pickup in-store instead of shipping while ordering. As soon as your order arrives at the store you will receive a call letting you know it is available for pickup.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
If you are not satisfied with your TUNASKIN in store or event purchase you may return the goods free of charge within 30 days of the original purchase date. *The return window has been extended for the holiday season to 60 days from the original purchase date.
- Product must be returned in the original condition with attached tags and hygienic liners (for women’s swimwear).
- Jokers must be returned unopened, in original sealed packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.

Due to the limited quantities developed and exclusivity, all sales of the TUNASKIN ORIGINAL COLLECTION are final with no returns or exchanges.
We ask that all returns/exchanges are sent back to us using a traceable carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please allow 1-2 business days to process your return/exchange. If we have any questions when processing your return we will contact you using the information provided on your return/exchange form.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment card used to place the order. Refunds can take anywhere from 5-10 business days, depending on your banking institution, to complete and for the funds to return to you. Once the refund is processed on our end you will receive an e-mail notification. If you do not receive an email notification please check your junk folder first, if you still do not see it please contact us.
Mistakes happen – if you received a factory defective item we will be happy to replace it and cover the return shipping costs. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and if you are not we will do everything we can to fix it. Complete the returns/exchanges form to process your return/exchange. Items that are defective due to misuse or wear will not be honored.
FOLLOW THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED WITH THE GARMENT
Care instructions are included on the product label located on the inside of most garments. Specific instructions provided by the manufacturer of technical fabrics should be followed in addition to the instructions we provide. We recommend following these instructions in order to maximize the garment’s performance and lifespan.
PREPARE YOUR GARMENT FOR WASHING
We recommend turning garments inside out, closing all zippers, emptying all pockets, and sealing all openings before washing. Again, please follow the wash instructions that came with your garment.
CONSIDER USING SPECIALTY CLEANING PRODUCTS MADE FOR TECHNICAL FABRICS
There are a variety of specialty cleaning products designed for washing technical fabrics. These products leave little-to-no residue, which can be a problem with traditional laundry detergents.
DURABLE WATER REPELLENT (DWR)
Most of our waterproof and water-resistant garments are treated with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating. Over time this coating needs to be replenished as the garment is exposed to use and washing. If your product no longer beads up when exposed to water it is a good indication that it is time to treat your garment with a DWR finish.
There are many good DWR products on the market available for purchase. We recommended McNett Revivex Durable Waterproofing Spray.
As a general rule, we recommend using a spray-on DWR treatment when you wish to reapply the treatment in between washes. Wash-in DWR treatments are recommended when laundering your garment.
We urge you to spot clean before applying DWR. Be sure to target seams and high-impact areas when applying. For the best results, we suggest hang drying your garment.
THE USE OF SUNSCREEN
BEING AN AQUATIC SPORTS APPAREL COMPANY WE YOU WILL SOMETIMES WEAR A SUNSCREEN FOR EXTRA PROTECTION WHILE OUT ON THE WATER. SOME SUNSCREENS CONTAIN Avobenzone which has a chemical reaction with iron particles that are found in water (this is especially pronounced if you have hard water) that causes, essentially, rust stains on the shirt that can sometimes be very hard to remove and in some cases not removed at all. There are different ways to go about removing Avobenzone stains if you search around. If you have more questions please contact us.
All of our products are designed at our headquarters in Florida. The majority of the finishing work including logo placement is handmade in our World Headquarters in Bonita Springs, FL. We are working to develop relationships with USA Manufacturers and have select products that are completely made in U.S.A. Some of our fabrics are milled in here in the USA as well. We strive to have as much manufacturing as we can within the United States however we currently work with factories in the U.S.A., China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Bangledesh, and Mexico.
We do not want to comprise the technical integrity of our products and have yet to find manufacturers domestically that can provide the capabilities for manufacturing our products. To be labeled Made in the USA laws require almost every material used in production to come from the USA, not just the production of the product. In our case for apparel that means from the thread, zippers and buttons even including the fabric need to be made here in the USA. Through the years we’ve not been unable to find US manufacturer capable of providing technical garments that can meet the Made in the USA requirements due to sourcing of materials or the skilled workforce to produce them. Quality is our absolute top priority and location will always be a consideration when selecting factories. However, our focus will remain on finding manufacturers that have socially responsible practices, the most skilled workers, advanced machinery, and technical expertise to for every product we produce.
