Recycled bottles and post-industrial wase are collected worldwide then it is chopped, ground, washed and turned into flake to remove contaminants. Waste flake is then melted and reformulated into high-quality REPREVE® resin. The resin is melted into liquid polymer and extruded to form fiber that is spun into the yarn that makes up our Echo Collection shirts.
