Shipping Policy

We’re committed to providing fast and reliable shipping.

Here’s everything you need to know:

Domestic Shipping

  • Orders over $99 ship free..
  • Orders under $99 have a flat shipping rate of $11.
  • Most orders ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.
  • Expedited shipping options: We offer UPS Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air.

International Shipping

We have temporarily paused international orders due to increased tariffs and fees that are being added to shipping costs.

If you are interested in placing an international order, please reach out to us and our team will be happy to help explore available options.

  • Customers are responsible for all tariffs, customs fees, duties, taxes, and VAT, which are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are not available for international orders.

Processing Times & Delays

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary.
  • If delays occur, you will be notified of an estimated shipping date.

Changing Your Order

  • Orders are shipped quickly! If you need to make changes, contact us right away at (800) 875-0806 or email customercare@tunaskin.net.

SHIPPING AND ORDERS

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being received. You will receive an email when your order has shipped.

Our shipping cut off is 12 PM EST Monday - Friday. Orders received after 12 PM will begin processing on the next business day. This includes orders that require expedited shipping.

Store Pickup

Store pickup option limited to Bonita Springs location only.

An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.

Orders can be picked up Monday-Friday in our Bonita Springs location at Imperial Bonita Plaza, 11611 Bonita Beach Rd SE. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be filled.

Flat Rate Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99! Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate fee of $11. 

Domestic Shipping

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground Saver or United Postal Service Ground Advantage.

Can you expedite my order?

Yes. In most cases we can expedite your order to meet your expected delivery date. Please email customercare@tunaskin.net for rates and availability.

Do you ship internationally?

Please note: there are no exchanges on orders shipped outside of the United States. Returns can be shipped back at your expense.

Lost or stolen shipments

Tunaskin is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments once turned over to the carrier.

For assistance with a lost or damaged package, please email customercare@tunaskin.net and we will initiate a claim with the carrier and help you resolve the issue. 

  • Tunaskin is not responsible for packages that were successfully delivered but stolen from your porch or mailbox. 

If your package was stolen, please file a claim with USPS and consider filing a police report.

Please refer to USPS's "Where is my package?" for help with a missing package that is marked as delivered.
