Orders over $99 ship FREE. Orders under $99 incur a flat rate shipping charge of $11.
- Most orders are processed & shipped within 48 hours (excludes weekends & holidays).
- We ship orders via USPS & UPS Ground. Tracking information is provided on all orders. All shipments are insured up to $100 at no additional charge.
- Expedited shipping services are available, upon request.
- Processing times may vary during peak season or promotional periods.
- If your order is expected to be delayed for any reason, our Customer Care department will reach out to you with an estimated shipping date.
Can I change my order once submitted?
Orders are shipped quickly. Please call us at (239) 330-3388 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to make a change to your order.
- We currently ship only to Canada, the UK and US military APO/FPO addresses.
- International orders ship via Priority Mail International (PMI). All shipments are insured against loss, damage or missing contents up to $200 at no additional charge.
- All customs fees, duties, taxes and VAT are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- We cannot accept exchanges on orders shipped internationally.
SHIPPING AND ORDERS
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being received. You will receive an email when your order is on its way!
Our shipping cut off is 12 PM EST Monday - Friday. Orders received after 12 PM will ship the next business day.
Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday in our Bonita Springs location. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99! Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate fee of $11.
Most orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service. UPS shipping is available upon request.
Can you expedite my order?
Yes. In most cases we can expedite your order to meet your expected delivery date. Please contact us for rates and availability.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only to Canada, the UK and APO/FPO addresses. You are responsible for any & all customs fees, tariffs, taxes and VAT.
Please note: there are no returns or exchanges on international orders.
Lost or stolen shipments
Tunaskin is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments once turned over to the carrier. For assistance with a lost or damaged package, please contact us and we will initiate a claim with the carrier and help you resolve the issue.
- Tunaskin is not responsible for packages that were successfully delivered but stolen from your porch or mailbox.
If your package was stolen, please file a claim with USPS and consider filing a police report.
