Shipping Policy
We’re committed to providing fast and reliable shipping. Here’s everything you need to know:
Domestic Shipping
- Orders over $99 ship free..
- Orders under $99 have a flat shipping rate of $11.
- Most orders ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.
- All orders include tracking and are insured up to $100 at no extra cost.
- Expedited shipping services are available upon request.
International Shipping
- We ship to Canada, the UK, and US military APO/FPO addresses.
- International orders ship via Priority Mail International (PMI) and are insured up to $200.
- Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and VAT, which are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are not available for international orders.
Processing Times & Delays
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary.
- If delays occur, you will be notified of an estimated shipping date.
Changing Your Order
- Orders are shipped quickly! If you need to make changes, contact us right away at (800) 875-0806 or email customercare@tunaskin.net.
SHIPPING AND ORDERS
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being received. You will receive an email when your order has shipped.
Our shipping cut off is 12 PM EST Monday - Friday. Orders received after 12 PM will begin processing on the next business day.
Store Pickup
Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday in our Bonita Springs location at Imperial Bonita Plaza, 11611 Bonita Beach Rd SE. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be filled.
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99! Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate fee of $11.
Domestic Shipping
Most orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service.
UPS Ground shipping is available as an option when you place your order.
Can you expedite my order?
Yes. In most cases we can expedite your order to meet your expected delivery date. Please email customercare@tunaskin.net for rates and availability.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only to Canada, the UK and APO/FPO addresses. You are responsible for any & all customs fees, tariffs, taxes and VAT.
Please note: there are no returns or exchanges on orders shipped to the UK or Canada.
Lost or stolen shipments
Tunaskin is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments once turned over to the carrier.
For assistance with a lost or damaged package, please email customercare@tunaskin.net and we will initiate a claim with the carrier and help you resolve the issue.
- Tunaskin is not responsible for packages that were successfully delivered but stolen from your porch or mailbox.
If your package was stolen, please file a claim with USPS and consider filing a police report.
Please refer to USPS's "Where is my package?" for help with a missing package that is marked as delivered.
