Shipping policy

We take pride in providing fast and efficient shipping to ensure that you receive your purchases promptly.

Orders over $99 ship FREE. Orders under $99 incur a flat rate shipping charge of $11. 

1. Most orders are processed & shipped within 48 hours (excludes weekends & holidays).
2. We ship orders via USPS & UPS Ground. Tracking information is provided on all orders.
3. Expedited shipping services are available, upon request. 
4. Processing times may vary during peak season or promotional periods.
5. If your order is expected to be delayed for any reason, our Customer Care department will reach out to you with an estimated shipping date.

Can I change my order once submitted?

Orders are shipped quickly. Please call us at (800) 975-0806 or email customercare@tunaskin.net if you would like to make a change to your order.

International Orders

1. We currently ship only to Canada, the UK and US military APO/FPO addresses.
2. All customs fees, duties, taxes and VAT are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. 
3. We cannot accept exchanges on orders shipped internationally.
