Shipping Rates

• Orders over $99: Free standard shipping

• Orders under $99: $11 flat rate standard shipping

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Please note that carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is provided by email once your order has shipped. Please allow the carrier some time to update the tracking information after your shipping confirmation is sent.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, or if your package appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us so we can make it right.
